USE OF THIS SITE

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. Everything on it, including our designs, illustrations, monograms, patterns, photographs, text and the Magnolia Boone Paperie name, belongs to Magnolia Boone Paperie or is used with the permission of the photographers credited, and may not be copied, reproduced or used as the basis for other work without our written permission. Information on the site is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Links to other websites and tools, including our inquiry form, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

CUSTOM WORK

Every piece we create is designed and produced for one client. A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit reserve your place in our calendar, and where a signed agreement exists it governs. Final balances are due before printing begins. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every proof, including all names, dates, spelling and wording; corrections after approval are reprinted at the client's expense. Our work is made by hand and by artisan methods such as letterpress, foil, engraving, laser cutting and hand painting, and slight variations in color, impression and texture are part of its character rather than defects. Screen colors will not match printed paper. Timelines depend on timely approvals, and rush work is subject to availability and additional fees. Because custom work is made for you alone, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once design has begun, and fees for work completed remain due if a project is cancelled. All designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of Magnolia Boone Paperie, licensed to you for personal use, and we may share photographs of your work in our portfolio, on social media and in press unless you ask us in writing not to. Completed work ships by tracked carrier; risk of loss passes to you on shipment, and duties or import fees for destination events are the client's responsibility.

LIABILITY

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia Boone Paperie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, and our total liability for any custom work will not exceed the amount paid for that work. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law or third-party right. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

PRIVACY

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to do our work: the name, email address, event details and any other information you choose to share through our inquiry form or in conversation with us, and basic browsing information, such as pages visited and device type, gathered through cookies and analytics so we can understand how the site is used. We use this information to reply to inquiries, to design and deliver your work, to keep our records, and to improve the site. We never sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the trusted providers who help us operate, including our inquiry form and client management platform, Shopify, which hosts this site, our website analytics, and the service that displays our Instagram feed, and with printers, calligraphers and shipping carriers as needed to complete your work. Each of these providers is bound to protect your information. We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to howdy@magnoliaboonepaperie.com, and you may limit cookies through your browser settings. This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
